Done a search, I'm totally confused now.

What's the best way of attaching a drive away awning to a Bongo with the AFT

Figure of 8 strip. Slides over the bead on the awning 'tunnel' & then clips over the gutter on the van.

We have a Country Road by Outwell.... works for us and we have the bedroom for the awning too....

https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B45_ZF ... sp=sharing
It fits on a C&CC club 7x5 m pitch as can be seen in the photo.... Fixed with Figure of 8 as Simon says.... This awning also has stiffening poles which fit front face to rear so when you drive away it's solid and stand alone with no worries.....

With Awnings it's what space you need and features as well as what price your wallet can stand at the time.... yer pays yer money and all that

If you can get one long strip of figure 8 and keep it permanently on the Bongo rain gutter it gives much better protection against rain ingress plus easier to attach/ drive on to.

Ended up getting A Khyam 300 Compact as we liked the quick erection (who doesn't).

Kyham - good choice, and plenty of discount deals around
Origo bio stove - no Bongo!
