Easy! When I bought mine it had a standard jap spec radio in with no channels etc. I already had a cd/tuner from my other car so bought an iso converter lead plugged it in the loom and the cd player and hey presto! Have a look at AVA's website and buy an iso lead then buy any stereo from halfords or wherever and fit it. You could buy a band expander which will allow you to receive the greater range of frequencies we get here in the uk which is fine if you don't want a cd player etc :D

The part you need to get to fit an aftermarket radio in place of the Japanese one is car audio connector PC2-10-4, available from Halfords.

Its then very simple to unplug the old, and plug in the new. There is an earth strap left over, which could be earthed to the chassis, but mine isn't (earth is provided by aerial lead I think)
