probably the c.v. joints. Not a d.i.y. job as the wheel alignment will have to be re-done.

In my experiance a replacement shaft would be the best fix ! If it is the cv joint

stripping and re-greasing may help temporarily. gordon's (the laird) suggestion to replace the whole drive shaft is probably the easier job, but more expensive, unless you can source one from scrap. i may have been wrong regarding the wheel alignment, though, as th cv joints may not affect this.

It could well be the above but check the drop links and anti roll bar bushes first. If there knackered the noise can show up at strange times.
Much cheaper and easier than CVs.
