Front fogs

Hi guys I've just got hold of some front fogs from a 97 bongo will these fit onto my 99 bongo before I remove my cut outs? Cheers in advance

It depends. They changed the shape of bumper and fog lights in 1999 so to yours could be either. This is the '95 to '99 bumper:
