Diesel pump leak

Hi everyone. I have a leak on my pump on the back. I have got seals and carefully remove the front cover. Put in a safe place. I then replaced the rear seal. All was going well until the front bit got knocked over. There is 2 washers/shim I don't even remember seeing, 2 springs and another piece that I can describe as a cup washer. How does it all go back together. This is how I think it does. The dome then 2 washers/shim then the springs then the cup washer thing. But what way round does the cup washer go.

Thank you

the ring goes towards the inner, (pic 4) as in towards the face of the piston, the piston has a recess in its face to accept the ring.
yours (pic4) looks upside down as the thick edge goes towards the spring, and the thin side goes into the recess.
the recess must be for the ring as the larger spring nor the inner spring will fit into the recess. i always put any shims to the outer cap as they sit nicely on the peg inside the cap.

ive got 2 spare pumps and ive just pulled them apart for you. #-o  .

the above must be right as ive resealed several running pumps including mine and they are running well [-o< [-o<
