hair dryers

Post by Baz and Helen » Fri May 24, 2013 2:51 pm

Hi can anyone tell me what wattage hairdryer you can use on ehu, one site has 10amp and the other has 16amp. Could you use a normal watt dryer if you didnt use anything else while you had it on, electrics definitely not my thing. Thanks for any help Baz and Helen

The most powerful / hottest hair dryer is going to be about 1Kw(you wanted frizzled hair?), so that is 4 Amps (1000/250), so yes powered off the EHU will be fine.
