New bongo. Teething problems................

Just got my first Bongo.

It came with 2 slight problems. The fuel gage doesn't work at all and the blower on the heater doesn't either. Are these common problems or have they just worn out?
If fixable is it an easy job? Any thoughts very appreciated.

Hi,yes both fairly common faults. Fuel gauge probably earth lead, a simple fix. Heater blower could be anything from a fuse to seized motor bearings. Plenty of posts on here about both problems, just do a search.

The fuel gauge problem could be the earth onto the sender unit which is a common thing.There's a fact sheet in the members area on the fix,easy to do.If it's the rear blower not working,the front has to be on as well.
