Pre-made mid-conversion kitchen units

Is anyone aware of any suppliers of pre-made kitchen units that fit snugly along the side wall behind the drivers seat when the middle bench seat is removed, like in a "mid-conversion"?

Just make a cardboard one and get a kitchen fitter to make a real one
