HELP? Yes I bought a Freda and not a Bongo but I have been told you might be able to help as the garage I bought her from doesn't want to know!! The speedo and mileage gauges have stopped working, they both stopped together so presumably the are linked.
Has anybody else had this problem?
How easy is it to fix?
Should I give up, sell her and buy a Bongo instead?
Many thanks
Emma

Bongo and Freda are the same thing. Don't give up, it should be something simple, probably to do with the speedo having been converted from kph to mph. A local Bongo specialist should be able to sort it at low cost. Where are you based?

I agree with Mike on all counts...
Sometimes they put a chip in the back of the dial on import to read miles instead of kilometres? It could be just be this simple fault..?

Cheaper by comparison to a race horse...
