I have an 'old shape' V6 petrol / LPG ..

As I don't use much petrol, I had always assumed the picture of a petrol pump on the fuel gauge would be the low level warning light (as it is on my Toyota) ..

I was surprised over Christmas when my low fuel light blinked on ... but a bright orange light on the far right of the instrument panel (by the heated rear window 'on' light) ..

I wondered if there where any more 'petrol relevant' ones hidden away there ..??

There aren't any petrol-specific lights although glow plug and sediment warning are diesel-specific.

Ummm... different to my 'R' reg ..

Yellow rear window and fuel lights are on the right of the dash ... HOLD light is by the gear position ... red .. belts .. air bags .. ABS .. ignition oil etc: are to the left ..
