I notice on the password update email Ian said to run air con on full once a week why is that? Cheers

To keep the seals lubricated and stop them drying out, with the resultant loss of gas. It's also the best way of demisting your windscreen 8)

Correct, there is a lubricant in the gas. :wink:
Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.
