Anti roll bar tie rods issues

Well Folks,
went and change out my tie rod ball joints for the anti roll bar on the front, after doing a couple of hundered miles the little blighters have loosened of... has any one else had this issue.
Going to get the wheels off this morning and go and see about new look nuts as the ones that came with it had large cerated nuts which I would have thought would do the buisness, but obviously not.

Hi,providing that the link is a PROPER fit you could use,serrated locking nuts or washers or nyloc locking nuts.
