Gonna change the tyres on mine when the get worn out from 225/45 to something with a 55 series to fill the arches a bit more. But not sure what 205/55 maybe..... What do ya think?

I'm on 50's. from what I've seen 55's are a better visual fit!

Word of caution on Clearance with full lock.....you may have to cut a bit of plastic away.

Also check the speedo against a satnav reading.

I run on 225/50/R18's...
..at 30&40 mph my actual speed is approx 3.5mph slower than indicated by speedo.
..at 50 to 60 mph my actual speed is approx 2.5 mph slower than indicated by speedo.
..at 70 mph upwards my actual speed then matches speedo indication.

Great for keeping me legal within speed limits.

Just remember your load rating needs to be a minimum of 96......however XL rated tyres exceed that in spades!

I have 55 series on my Bongo...went for 225/55/18....they look great and make a huge difference on the motorway....

What I have yet to do though is take a measurement from floor to roof......might make a difference in some car parks.
