Hi thedogsbollox,

Dont discard the old BS plate and set screws, thes can be adapted to be used with alternative stops for a few squid.

Cheers.

I'd love to hear how others have made their own, adapted the baseplate for other models of rubber stops etc. Sounds like good factsheet material :-)

Well mine are definitely not there. So I think a bit of DIY is needed. I will of course take some photos. Any pointers, materials?

the plates that mount them will be there tony. unbolt them and use them as a template.

you can drill the plate and screw/glue any rubber block to it or.
i just got a piece of flat bar, get a measured piece of the D section rubber, thread the bar through, then bend steps into it then bolt up to the chassis.
this gives a nicer softer hit when on full load, but still does the job.
