Advice re cutting out

After all the blooming potch with my bongo it is cutting out when it reaches normal running temperature, has anyone any ideas, fuel pump is fine, filters are clean, could it just be timing or something, really getting to me now,lol.

Being unfamiliar with the device in question this is purely theoretical but possibly a fault with whatever kills the engine when one turns the ignition off. (assuming it's a diesel)

Fuel cap/injector pump stop solenoid/air filter/air supply/tank filter.
