Reversing beep

Post by TerryG » Thu Jul 19, 2012 4:13 pm

While nosing around trying to find out why my reverse gear beep and the beep from my aftermarket reversing sensors had simultaneously stopped working, I discovered that the sensor control unit had become dislodged and was dangling below the rear light cluster, where it had been treated to a good soaking which presumably what has caused the failure. Logic tells me I should try the fuse before anything else. Does anyone happen to know which is the relevant fuse?

Hi are the reversing lights illuminating when reverse is selected.

The sensor control unit it usually stowed in the o/s/r inside panel.(under the tray)

Cheers.

If its the Factory fitted reversing sensors then the fuse would be;

but as its a 3rd party add-on then anybodies guess!
