HORN

Post by mikeyc1 » Thu Jul 19, 2012 3:14 pm

my horn has stopped working, i bought a new one and fitted it but that doesn't work either, the fuse under the steering wheel is fine and I can hear the relay click down near the horn, I've identified which relay it is but can't see if there is a fault with it. I doubt it's a wiring fault, any ideas? Thanks

Should be easy to test with a meter or a bulb / wire, to see if lecky is getting down to the horn ..

Have you checked that the associated wires / connections are clean / bright / tight ..??

Its frequently the earth connection on the horn itself. Diagram below;
