How window switches get broken

Post by Diplomat » Mon Jul 02, 2012 9:11 pm

I recently came across a potential reason for passenger side switches getting broken.

A non driver who I gave a lift to yanked upwards like hell on the window switch trying to open the door! luckily I saw what was being attempted before it cracked.

I had this before when another non driver broke off the pulled up lock stalk on the sliding door of my Space Cruiser trying to pull the door backwards in order to get out.

Frank, you seriously need to consider the type of people you are giving a lift to :).
