Take a brave pill!

The one over the sliding door is the one to try first, as there is no lower trim to get in the way, and you can get to the outside of the blind too.

Once you have done this one, the others are less of a mystery.

Remove the grab handle, and the upper trim around the window, and it all becomes clearer.

The only bit to think ahead on, is remove the 2 wee black screws which hold the end fitting in place - as you undo them, the fitting will want to spin around. Don't let it. Hold it firmly as you take the screws out. Once they are out, pull the end fitting out, towards the rear of the van - still stopping it from spinning. Once it has come out about 2" on its rod, unwind it under your control and count the turns. When it's stopped turning, you can remove the rod through the bottom of the blind and wind it all up onto the roller, then pull the whole roller out to the rear through the gap left where the end fitting was screwed in.

Once the roller is out it's just a case of peeling the blind cloth off the roller and sticking the new one on.

Refitting is the reverse, be careful not to scratch / snag the new blind on the frame as you feed the roller & blind into that hole where the end cap goes.

It's quite far up unfortunately - to the right of Inverness along the 'secret' Moray Riviera where the weather isn't rubbish all the time.
