Under the drivers seat, top left hand corner, it just pulls out from the hole no need to undo anything, then you can pull it off the hose and check it moves ok under pressure by just blowing into it.

Part number 13-890 and any part listed as PCV (Positive Crankcase Ventilation) should be clean and clear ..

With the engine running, you should be able to feel it 'ticking' if you rest your fingers on it.

On older and little used vehicles sometimes the breather hoses get "hard" and also any "oil" vapour can coat the bore of the pipes and joint ends..... I blow them out with an airline after a gentle poke with a wire coat hanger....usually shifts any crud before I blow through.... Like Lorna says should feel a pulse...if not clean it out
