Inspiration

Hi all.

I'm after some inspiration and I know you lot will come up trumps!

We recently bought our lovely 97'Freda and love it to bits, the only thing missing is a few decals to liven her up a bit. At the mo, she is wine red/burgundy (whatever!) all over, not two tone and does'nt have they grey skirt like many have.

I have thought about keeping her simple and just touching up the few scratches and but really like the idea of personalising her a bit more. I have looked a creativedecals etc and like a few designs but am not 100% sure what to go with.

Anyway, to my main question(s);
does anyone have decal ideas that you think would look good on burgundy?
what colour decals would look good on burgundy?
Have any of you created custom designs? if so, who did you use and what is the rough cost? (really like this idea to get that unique look)

we have a member on here called cabte who makes decals so that solves that -as for the design whatever you are into -for me it would be dolphins just that every time i get saved up i end up spending it on something more essential just keep it simple i once spent hours designing one that in the end was way too complex -you could have photos of yourselves even -another idea that was popular a while back was to use the roof -that way if you have the misfortune to get it stolen it can be seen from the police helicopter.

im trying to get to the bash this year but things are looking a bit difficult,

Carl (cabte, Firststopdecals) did the decals for my bongo. Gave him pics of what i wanted and he made them, and even fitted them for me. first class service.

there's one with a pink witch decal on that cabte did that lives round here somewhere, super job and its been on a few years now but still looks (as good) as the day it was put on. .

dave didnt know you had crabs (never seen it from that angle before)Ady pink on burgandy not something i would normally consider -however a hawaian surf style hibiscus pink on burgundy would be nice not looking out of place anyway.

Something in Silver would look great on Burgundy.

When I had mine designed by Cabte of the club they mingled where I came from which is Pendle and the fact that I live on the Border of Yorkshire and Lancashire which means I'm not red or white = Pink. We have a little history on the Pendle Witch's and so, the Pink Witch was born. They complimented the Witch with leaves than transform into Bats. I think it works well although some would say it's tooooo much. Really, I don't care. I like it and that is all that matters. She isn't for sale.

I also want some decals but not sure what to put on. I like the monster energy decals but might be a bit loud. I also like the quiksilver and animal logos. Might give you a shout soon Cabte.

Cabte, last year I saw a bongo for sale which had two RS style "stripes" of hibiscus going from front to back and over the roof. Is that something you can do, and how much-ish please ?
