Roof box query

Hi all

Quick question to anyone who travels with a roofbox. Went to halfords today to buy a box but none of them that they stock fit the bars we have for the bongo. The problem is the space, length ways, between the fixing points on the roof which are 120cm apart. None of the boxes have fittings spaced widely enough down the length of the box to allow them to be attached. I could drill an extra hole in the box and get a couple of metal strips drilled to make a strong fixing inside the box but I want to try and avoid drlling a brand new top box. The bongo shop has in the past sold a bar system that allows u to adjust the distance between the cross bars but they are currently out of stock.

They will be back in stock in a few weeks time New suppliers, manufacturing difficulties etc...
