Front brake discs 2.5 D

Does anyone know the spec /size of the front discs? Are they vented - 5 holes 274 Diameter 51mm height 28/26 max/min thickness as on the Mazda MPV ? I know that the calipers are not the MPV ones but the pads are .
EBC do not list the Bongo
