....and more importantly, where i can get the cap things to cover the ugly middles :( :(

dont actually mind the style and my son is going to refurbish them but i need to do something about the middle - hub caps?? is there any kind of universal ones that i can use or do i have to find the actual matching ones for these :?: :?:

I used Branston Pickle lids sprayed silver with Mazda Speed stickers on them...... bit 'Blue Peter' but they work, and have been on for a couple of years now. :D

Take a tape measure, but be prepared to get some funny looks as you go round measuring various lids :wink: :lol:

About 64mm dia. from memory. You get a bit sick of the stuff by the time you have eaten your way through 4 jars. But needs must :lol:

well never seen that before 4 stud wheels re drilled to 5 stud, good Idea
I have seen the lids before, I have one missing too.
I know paint can lids fit Fiat X19 alloys remember them?

I'm after something that will cover the bolt holes not just the centre caps. I used VW centre caps with a little adjustment. Like getting rid of the VW logo.

do you have a picture by any chance?

looks like we need some BIG jars :D or paint tin lids as suggested by winchman?? will let you know if i find anything :) :)
