Terzo ladder attachment

Post by steveyd » Mon Mar 05, 2012 1:06 pm

Hi All,

I was lucky enough recently to bag a Terzo ladder on ebay recently - it didnt come with top mounts (Bongo already had those) or lower mounts. The chap I got it off rigged something up for the lower mounts with the N/S handle on the gate, but I'm not sure how much stress they will take. Does anybody have an old attachment kicking about (you never know) - looks like the one in the pics in this thread http://www.igmaynard.co.uk/bongo/forum/ ... zo#p451793.

Has anyone made their own up? I've googled the ladders but apart from some strange Japanese sites I couldnt find anywhere that would sell the attachment by itself, so I'm guessing I going to have to get fabricating...

cheers,

Steve

I've got one you can have free if you buy the whole ladder from me :D. If you get stuck, I can lend you the bracket so you can get a copy made up if you can arrange transport or courier. I've recently bought a 2nd ladder of the other type as the later Bongos do not have the handle mounting points, so I'm going to get all the bits blasted & powder coated in one go.

Hi,

Thanks to Simon who dedicated some time in getting some detailed pictures and dimensions of his bracket to me to help me get one made up!

This underlines how great this forum is and how welcoming fellow Bongonauts are! If only all forums were as good as this one!

cheers,

Steve
