Where are you based? If you stick your approximate location in your profile, you might find there is a Bongo Servicing expert just up the road
(User control Panel, top right)
Apart from that, have a look in the Bongo Wikee - click the pic/link in my sig to take you there. Lots of servicing info starting to gather there. Feel free to add any info as you discover it too!
