Winter tyre pressures

Should winter tyres be run at a higher pressure than summer tyre. Having 215/65 15
fitted. Thought i had seen somewhere that it should be slightly increased.

Yes, generally said to be about 3-4 psi higher.

ok i tend to use 36psi so 40ish should be ok.
