Bongo Fury

We're based in the Highlands and Bongo bits are few and far between -
We've got a Bongo Friendee 2.5TD first registered on 01-12-1998, first UK registered on 23-08-2006. The fuel pump is not working so we sourced a 2nd-hand one but it doesn't seem to fit - can anyone help out ?
We were sent a WL 958 (104745-0043)...according to our mechanic we need the WL04D (10470-0822).
He says that the positioning of the vacuum , the wiring & a couple of other important bits are different to what was sent .........
The engine number is WL419129
and the chassis number is SGL5201063

The correct part number for the fuel pump to match your series 2 Bongo is WL0413800D.

Yes, that's correct. Zexel make the fuel pumps, so the Zexel number of the pump you require is 1046400824. The corresponding Mazda part number is WL0413800D. The corresponding Bosch part number is 9461626008.

The pump you have bought will not fit, although some of the components may be compatible.
