Which winter tyres from www.123pneus.fr ? (I'm in France)

Post by Scubas00 » Thu Dec 01, 2011 11:19 pm

HI all= I'm currently down in Chamonix, France where I have been for the past few weeks. I had hoped to get back to the UK before needing winter tyres, but as the snow is coming this weekend, not going to happen!
Basically, my 2wd Bongo is currently running on 195/70/15's (100h)all round (put on by garage, not by me). I went to a local French garage today to get a quote for winter tyres and they quoted me 156 euros a piece..
I was hoping that someone with much greater knowledge than myself could have a look at the above website for me and let me know what winter tyres on there I could potentially put on the van? That way I'll order them, get them delivered locally or go in and point them out!
Thanks in advance for your knowledge bongoliers!

I'd go for these http://ssl.delti.com/cgi-bin/rshop.pl?d ... sowigan=Wi

I have them fitted to my car - fitted last winter - on the previous Bridgestone Turanzas it wouldn't even more on the level if it was icy with the Avons it was much much better - and they are MADE IN BRITAIN!

If you stick with 195s (I wouldn't) you have no choice.

That website is the same as "mytyres.co.uk" all run by Delti a German company the only difference in the UK you can select a fitting station and get an all in/fitted price.
