help with speedo swap

hello bongo people, i am trying to swap my speedo dial face plate, ive got the speedo out ok, i just need to know how the speedo dial comes off???, so that i can remove the knm's dial and fit the mph one, does it just pull off? any help would be very grateful Thanks

The needle levers off using a couple of teaspoons resting on the two little screws that hold the face on. Be careful not to bend the spindle.
The weights will fall out of the needle housing and these can be glued back in before putting the needle back on.
Undo the two screws, lift of the face and reverse the procedure.

You might find that you have to have the speedo powered up to get the needle back on in the correct zero position.
