Auto transmission creep
Been running a bongo for a few months now, and am new to automatics. I get a small amount of creep at idle revs with the transmission in drive. Sometimes its handy as a hill-holder, but a bit of a pain in stop-start traffic where I tend to push it into neutral to limit wear on the trasmission. Just wondered if this was normal?

Yes I find the brakes are good for all those things and for preventing creeps being run over.
Your automatic drive is made to remain in gear in traffic, stop-start etc. It wont wear out due to that.
I have driven automatics since I slipped my disk 18 years ago and have never, never ever had trouble with clutch or gearbox.
Except once when the gear stick got stuck in my trouser pocket, but thats another story.
