Not wanting to sound like a miserable git, but is it necessary to keep posting links up to stuff on ebay? It's doesn't matter too much if it's buy it now, but if it's auction items, by posting them on the forum, you may be preventing someone getting a bargain as you've just posted it up for everyone to see that may not actually have been looking for that item, but will now bid on it. If someone wants something bad enough, they can go look on ebay themselves & if they're lucky get a bargain

Did I say it'd change world history? I don't think so, no need to over react & start making assumptions about who you think I am [-X I was trying to be polite about it.
If the seller wants to make more money then they should put a higher start price or reserve on it, that's the beauty of ebay, it gives those with little cash a chance to grab a bargain, when hundreds of people look at the forum every day - yes it does make a difference if it's posted on here, only takes 2 people to bid something up

I reckon the thing is~~i bought some chrome number plate surrounds off ebay a few weeks ago,i put reserve on at £25,but got them for £5.50~i reckon if more people knew about them they could have fetched £30 cus there quite hard to come by,so i keep things like this to myself~if it's a buy-it now-price i will generally put it on the forum.

So obviously i'd rather pay a fiver than 30 quid~~that's my way of doing it anyway :)
