Hi,
If your rad fan is coming on in this weather I would get to cooling system checked out.
Cheers.
What vehicle do you have?

when the fan switch wire is broken,or the plastic end of the switch breaks or is wobbly the fans can come on early.check the switch carefully.
your aircon isnt on is it ??.

If that is an unmodified temp gauge (i.e. Mason alarm not fitted) then I would be very concerned at that needle position. The needle of a healthy gauge sits at the 11.00 oclock position at all times once engine has warmed up. Get the car looked at ASAP I reckon and don't drive it until then if poss.

I use Cartel because i know them, unfortunately due to my Ford being such a piece of c..p. They seem to do a proper job and if not bongo friendly if armed with the correct info would use it. I`m going in there on Thursday with the Ford again I can ask if they know what a bongo is may help you make an informed decision.

It is Cartel we are using, they are very close to use and were recommended to us, just saw the bongo last night when we went to get the Baby Seat out of it.
ALL in pieces

Its the black one they mentioned that they have seen a few Bongos and lots of Delicia Vans which are similar to work on.
Getting expensive now reached £1000,88 about half a dozen items needed to repair it.......
hopefully comming home next week.

I was there picking up the ford today they replaced the driveshaft/ gearbox oil seal free of charge. They replaced the driveshaft about 8 weeks ago. It was losing oil so they replaced the seal. With aftercare like that i`ll keep going back.
I spent £1000 last summer on the Ford for a new clutch and dual mass flywheel and then £250 quid on a driveshaft 8 weeks ago, so i guess £1000 on a 15 year old imported car isnt too bad but i can think of other things too spend the money on.
On a positive note at least you`ll have it back for the Rutland water meet in Feb, I also saw a blue over silver AFT driving into peterborough about 10.30 this morning I did wave but was in a red Peugeot.
Hope everything goes well and you are bongoing soon.
