The internal gubbings on my fog light have rotted causing my light not to work so I've purchased a replacement light it arrived with no wiring instructions and no + or - markings on the casing. Does anyone have a pic they could possibly post so I can get some idea of how to wire it up please.
Many thanks

Shouldn't matter which way around, one live connection to the fused supply & switch & one to the body/earth. stick a photo of your fog internals up if you're still not sure as they aren't all the same.

I taake it the bulb turns & locks into the reflector? should be a connection on the back of that so you get a connection to the side of the lamp & one to the base (which is the one shown on the plastic base part) make a hole through the rubber grommet for the cable & wouldn't hurt to seal with a bit of sealant.

Yes Kirsty I took the metal connector off for the foto so the brass connection was visable. Just need to nip out and buy some more spade connectors I only have 1 left

. Yes Jaylee that is where the bottom of the bulb will sit. Many thanks I will attempt to wire it up tomorrow.

While you still have day light, fit yer lamp connect the live... bring the earth wire through too & tape off.. ( You don't wan it grounding where it shouldn't, if you hit the fog button by accident!) Then crimp the female spade in the earth & fit bulb when you have the spade!
If you wasn't so far up the M4 I'd be down with one of these..
