For a 2.5 diesel.
Camshaft capbolts torque settings:
11.3-14.2Nm (115-145kgf.cm)
If you need to remove the cam, according to the manual, not only is there a specified tightening sequence, there is a also a specified removal sequence, and they are different. If you need details pm your email address and I'll send the relevant info. (too big for forum)

When you say "Wobbly" I presume you mean off cam.

I have just replaced the head on my Bongo . Valve clearances are set fairly loose. There is a saying ....."A rattly tappet is a happy tappet".

As for removing the camshaft bolt. Well that is a bit of a bugger as it very tight and awkward to get a long bar on due to fouling. Worth employing an assistant with a good adjustable spanner on the camshaft hex.

Why would you be wanting to remove the camshaft in the first place?
