this is just for future refurence, i had lots of problems last year with this problem and after working with an autolec and the good hearts on this site was totaly confused untill the starter motor packed in and i stripped it down to recon it and discovered most of the contacts. missing after replacing them i have had no problems and i have waited three months before posting.
