
Well I had some black pudding lurking in the fridge, since before Christmas as it happens, so I thought I had better get it used up, can’t be wasting quality food like that you know




Black pudding, quail’s eggs, cherry tomatoes & mustard


Zap the black pudding....

....then crack some quail’s eggs open. This isn’t as easy as you might think, scissors or a scalpel are handy to hack through the tough membrane


Then add some dissected tomatoes....

....and serve with mustard.


This would make a superb butty but that isn’t allowed in this section
