Hi,
We sadly had our stereo stolen - rubbish stereo so a shame they had to smash the window to get it.
Anyway, we now have a replacement, and are struggling to get it wired in. With a bit of investigation we have identified the speaker wires but are left with the following :
thin black
thin blue
thin blue/red
thin red/black
thick black/red
I've had a look at the wiring diagram available on here, but was hoping someone may have a quick answer, to save me from having to decipher the japenese colour code key!
Any help hugely appreciated.
Thanks,
Jodi

Do you still have the 2 white multiplugs in the stereo hole - if so just use a mazda/iso connector block. Couple of £ on ebay or £14 in halfords.

You can't polish a turd - but you can roll it in glitter.
Re: Audio wiring - help!
Lets see;

- thin black - Earth as well as the two Black/Red wires.
- thin blue - Switched +12 volts from the Ignition switch from the Fuse Top Row, far Right 15 Amps
- thin blue/red - Unswitched +12 volts from Fuse in the Top Row, far Left 10 Amps
- thin red/black - Connects to the ISO A Plug Pin 6, its the Backlighting power connection when the Sidelights come on.
- thick black/red - Earth there are three in total
