Re: corner guide switch ?
Welcome Neil. Its only rarely that I've heard of owners whose corner stick still works. It used to be said on here (I think - my memory is poor) that they had to be disabled prior to having their UK MOT done but I can't see why that should be. I find it a strange device. I guess people who are not very tall might have a problem judging the n/s/f corner of the car but its never bothered me much (crunch!).neil. wrote:only had my bongo(well freda) but bongo sounds better a week and not sure about the corner guide switch.Tried pressing it a few times but to no avail.any ideas?
Have you got a low coolant alarm fitted - now that IS a useful device.

Re: corner guide switch ?
If you are asking what a corner guide actually is then it is a light on the end of a telescopic pole that comes out of the front bumper on the passengers side. It shows the driver where the corner of the vehicle is.
As above, they rarely work.
