What oil ?

Hi ,
what engine oil should I use for best please ? Just ordinary Diesel engine or are there different sorts??

I use 5w 30, make sure it's ok for turbo diesels, others use slightly different grades, there's a factsheet in the members area that should help.

thanks a lot hunnie. Hubbies has gone off with my Billy - Bongo and the oil light has come on

Hopefully a top-up will sort it

It could just be a touch low, it picks up on low level way before it's a problem, could be the sensor if it doesn't go out with a top up, just don't let him overfill it.
