Hesitant starting and occasional rough running

Hesitant starting and occasional rough running...

Just wondering about a few pointers really.

I takes awhile to crank over before it starts, is this likely to be glowplugs (plugs not that old and relay replaced with 2nd hand one recently) or the 2 little seals at the bottom of the diesel pump?

Also occasionally with no rhyme or reason it seems to throw at wobbly and not like ticking over or running slow.

I am going to check the banjo filter soon, fuel filter is new.

glow plugs or relay assuming it spins over right

my pump was peeing it out but it never effected the starting

just my pocket
