Bongo-Jedi Garages...within reach

Post by Gripped » Thu Oct 22, 2009 9:56 pm

I know there is an excel spreadsheet of garages - it has been very useful for my recent service, but what I'm after is a garage within say 2 hours or so of South Wales, where they talk, eat and sleep thinking about Bongos.

As the Bongo is new to me, I wanted someone who REALLY knows what they are looking at to give it a once over and then give advice on what does and doesn't need doing. My local places are good, but suspect that they deal with Bongos as a sideline rather than every day. I've heard about various "Bongo Jedi" characters around the country - so I was thinking of a potential trip to see one of them. (I'll use the Force obviously)

I have a few engine issues to sort, so I thought a visit to the pro's would be a good start. Any recommendations in my area (or within a couple of hours) would be great. \:D/

But, I would consider travelling further if I can combine it with a visit to short break, so journey time is not that important.

It's got to be Bell Hill Garage then.

That the kind of Garage I'm after. Still open to other suggestions, but Bath is a nice place to visit.

Cheers.

PM Madmile, he uses a local expert, Caerphilly.

Or Allans, Plymouth, or Wheelquick, Wigan.

All will do you very well, along with Bell Hill.

ADS, Ashton Vale, Bristol have top reports too.
Take a torch, toilet roll, and tea bags.

Just noticed that the Bell Hill Garage, Bath is not listed on the recommended Bongo Garages spreadsheet.....

OR am I missing something?

Odd that . . . . :?

While we're at it, there seems to be a Kwik Fit in there, & Discount Trucks, Newbury is listed as being South East. [-X
