Hello,
I removed the main battery to charge as the bongo wasn't starting (laid up for a number of months but did start a week ago). I thought I'd made a good mental note of which leads went where but I didn't as I only get a rapid clicking noise when I turn the key - no starter kicking in/engine not turning. I am getting lights on the dashboard.
I just want to make sure the leads essential to start are connected correctly. There is a relay and other leads relating to the leisure battery I assume but the leisure battery is disconnected for now (or should everything be connected for the bongo to start?).
There is a 7.5 (amp?) fuse in the relay and I'm not sure if that's ok - I don't know how to tell but none of the fuses I have are 7.5.
Would be grateful for any guidance that might help me put things right so I can get it to a garage for it's mot.
Mike

Just seen the 'clicking not starting' thread and will follow the advice there.
