hold light flashing - should we worry

just back from first longer distance trip in bongo. 400 miles out no problems, then as we start out on the return leg after a couple of miles notice the hold light is flashing and the speedometer not working. Apply the 'girl solution' of pulling over, turning off the engine before doing nothing and then starting again. This works well -no further problems - speedometer working, hold light now off. Onward journey uneventful.

Should we sorting this out or does it sound like a blip to forget about .. Would appreciate benefit of your advice.

If your speedo has been chipped to read in MPH instead of KPH, it could be the chip playing up.

Wouldn't worry about it until it comes back .
