Fans keep blowing

Even when my airconditioning is switched off, I still get a slight breeze coming out at about the same temperature it was set at before it was turned off.

Am I missing something or is this a fixable problem.

if its a manual air con ,try looking at the wire connections near the drivers foot one of them might have come off

Is this just when you're driving, or stationary as well? You'll get airflow coming through as you're driving unless you put it on to recirc to block it.
