oil seal on rear axle

Could any one out there let me know if this is a big job to change as i,ve just started to notice the odd splater of oil on the inside of my wheel

Just about to do this myself.
do a search for diff seals in the 1st few posts check out ''do i need to drain the oil before i .......'' will be of use to you .
doesnt lokk like a big job tho'
