Front Seatbelts

Hi, can anyone advise me on how to undo the front seatbelt fixing on the wall panel by the driver & passenger doors. These buggers are tight as hell and im a bit afraid of putting to much omph into opening them in case i do some real damage behind the panel,is there a nack to getting these things off or is it just brute strength Thanks

brute strength im afraid, use a good fitting socket and put an extension on the socket bar to get more leaverage.
