Hello
please could somebody help me. I have fitted a leisure battery to the bongo but would now like to run all the internal electrics (lights/ciggie lighter) off it. Can anybody explain to me how I can do it in a simple step, by step way. I have already seen a couple of posts here but although explained it isnt immediately obvious. Firstly they dont mention the internal lights, only the cigar lighter and electric blinds ( i dont have elecric blinds) and secondly they state to connect to a power supply running from the leisure battery. I,m not sure where I am supposed to look for this. Please help the totally clueless ones amongst you who have no idea how electricity works. cheers

All the leckies that I know are in the North West and in Southern Scotland. Well I am from Liverpool originally of Scots parents. You could try Pm'ing Madmile for help, he converts Bongos to campervans for a living. He is located somewhere in south Wales.

One way is too look through the different posts until you come to one by Madmile. Then click on PM at the bottom and send him a message.
Another way is to click on "New Messages" at the very top of this page then type in Madmile as recipent and then type out your message to him.

firstly thanks for all the advice. it really is appreciated. secondly, how far have I got? I have bought a battery, ordered a tray and a split relay kit. But fitting that should be fine as I have some simple instructions for it. its just getting the internals to run from this battery that is the difficulty
cheers

Its not a willinton kit then?
if not its a case of getting a fuse box and running the wires through to the main fuse box and replacing a few fuses with the wires it is simple once you have set up the new fuse box

depending how you wat it realy there are rubber grometts behind both batteries and a plastic blank in the center all of which can be used

PM'd you Mark.
As for routing cable, I use the big grommet behing the main battery as its closest to the fusebox.
