The Bongo Bash is always in my working weekend...
I am going to see if I can manage to swap one of my days to do a quick visit, can you advise me wich one will be better?
I think iould easily get friday, but I am not sure wether it may be better wait until Sunday?
I´ve only been in a meet, and was the one we had in Stratford-upon-avon, so not really sure how this works.
Will I have to pay for visiting you during the day? If yes please let me know how much as I don´t usually have cash.
Thanks very much!!!

I believe day visits are free
Friday may be better, as a lot of people go home on the Sunday.
