central locking problem!!!

hi guys,
i'm having problems with my central locking system,sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't......is this an easy fix problem or one for a garage?

Its quite possibly dodgy wiring where the loom goes to the driver's door. These are quite notorious for breaking wires in there.

Is it central locking using the key in the door lock or remote control?

it's using the door lock.

trya wiggle test,the wire not u before anybody says, open the door close the door latch over with a screwdriver then operate the c/locking and at the same time wiggle the drivers door loom see if it makes a difference.
